Mobley ZTE Times Out Regulary

Hello,

 

My mobley zte is great, however it times out regularly, can someone help me with this issue?

Hey there @phemming,


I agree, the ZTE Mobley is an awesome device to own! I would be happy to help you correct the settings on it so it doesn't time out as it has been.


To update the settings on the Mobley, you must log in on a laptop or tablet. From here, you can go to our AT&T Wi-Fi Portal and log in with your AT&T user information. Please select Settings in the left menu, under Settings you will go to Advanced > and choose Power Save and this is where you'll be able to adjust the time out setting.

I click on the link you gave for the AT&T Wi-Fi Portal, but when I enter my email address and password, which work on att.com, it replies saying the email address/username or password is incorrect. How can I log into this AT&T Wi-Fi Portal so I can adjust the time out setting? Thanks for your help!
