Mobile internet hotspot router

I have a portable business router that I’ve had for a few years now, I’ve never had an issue with it connecting to the internet or to get internet access on any of my devices connected to it before. Recently att discontinued the plan I was paying for and changed it to a more expensive plan with add ons I cannot use such as texting, and calling. Im now being charged $70+ for an unlimited plan I cannot take full advantage of, AND for the past six months have been autocharged for a “claimed by att stores, app and web accounts” active plan with no reason shown saying it can’t be used. WHY WONT MY ROUTER CONNECT IF IT HAS CELL SERVICE AND MY ACCOUNT SAYS I HAVE AVAILABLE DATA TO USE. FIX OR REFUND A FULL BACKPAY OF ALL MONTHS I WAS UNABLE TO USE DUE TO THIS ISSUE THAT YOUR STORE REPS REFUSE TO ATTEMPT TO HELP ME FIX.
