Mobile broadband disconnected

I have a Netgear Nighthawk LTE mobile hotspot router (MR1100) with unlimited data through AT&T. Last night it was working just fine as it has been for almost a year, but then it just suddenly stopped working. The red light blinks and it states “mobile broadband disconnected.” I have reset it, restarted, etc. nothing seems to be working. Any ideas, advice, could it be the SIM card? Thank you
