Microcell FTC223 error message

I have a couple of questions maybe someone can help answer.

I have had a microcell since they were available. Solid performance until a recent power outage and now an inability to get the correct GPS recognized by AT&T. I have done hard resets, disconnected and added, all the things. Put it in a window. I know service is discontinued but I have one bar to none at my house and even with wifi calling I cannot send or receive mms, both on my Note 20 Ultra 5G or my wife's iPhone 12 mini. 

I have asked AT&T to do a GPS bypass but they seemed to have no idea (again, no support so I understand)

Is it common for mms messages to be a problem using wifi calling? 

Is there any other workaround for the FTC223 error?

Thanks for any help. I come from an AT&T family, watched my father install videophones in the 1963 World's Fair in Queens, and run fiber in the 70's. I'm not brand new but running out of ideas!
