When will AT&T Blackberry Priv update be made available? Seems like every other carrier is rolling out the update, except sLOWwwwww. AT&T.

I'm sure it's just the June 7th Security Update

What makes you think it's Marshmallow? If it were Marshmallow it would say, otherwise it's a security Patch.

This should add insult to injury with the priv and BB.  BB unloaded a ton on unlocked ATT boxed privs on the over seas market a few weeks back.  Now we know why.

Actually it may explain why they are taking so long.

because they just think it's a crappy device, so they'll give it crappy service in terms of updates?

No because they didn't sell that many. It's all about sales numbers.

Delivering updates is about sales numbers? If it's less of a market they should be less worried about fiddling with the software. If they had a good reason, wouldn't they post it here? I think they are understaffed and lazy.

I mean, if blackberry already gave em the update, why not just push it out? does it really cost them to send it out? I don't understand the correlation with sales.

Is there a way to transfer or download music and photos from a blackberry Q10 (sd) card that was transferred to your computer to the blackberry PRIV.  I was told that some (sd) cards  are not compatible to transfer your contents to this new phone.  So far, ringtones from my previous (sd) card transferred, but the music on the (sd) did not transfer.  So I loaded it to the computer and the music still did not transfer.  Any idea how to transfer my music and photos?

Hello there @4PADCAIN

Thank you for posting your question.

I can absolutely understand your desire to get the most updated OS version for your BlackBerry Priv.

I apologize, we don’t have an update regarding the Marshmallow launch for the Priv at this time.  We definitely understand how frustrating that is to hear, but we will notify everyone once it does launch.

I can tell you we go through strenuous testing on any OS update we release to ensure it meets high device security standards and provides the best customer experience possible.

Although we don’t have a release date, we welcome your feedback and would love you to join our Marshmallow Updates & Discussion Thread where you can get additional information as it becomes available.

We appreciate your business with AT&T!
