Lost phone

I moved from t-mobile to att and I’ve had a horrible experience so far. They first started charging me for things I didn’t ask for and now I still haven’t received my trade in credit because apparently they never received the phone or a trade in order for it. I’ve been calling ATT for two weeks now. And no one seems to help me. I have basically lost a brand new IPhone 11 and I’m paying more than what I was supposed to. What a scam.

Ive talked to them. Pretty useless to me I just get told that they will escalate my problem and have a respond In two days and nothing.
