Lost device

I had lost my prepaid phone yesterday and can't find it.i tried to locate it but I guess device is off and so is location

We'd be glad to assist you. Since you're unable to locate your device, we recommend suspending your service until it's found. Visit our support page on Suspending AT&T prepaid service for instructions on how to do so.
