I have a Metro LG unlocked but keeps giving me "sim error", any thoughts?

Please be advised, you'll need to confirm with us the make and model of your device. Also, you'll need to make sure that your device is listed on our 3G sunset whitelist. These devices are currently the only models eligible for use on the AT&T network.
