LG G Pad X 8.0 V520 Updates in EU

I've bought LG G Pad X 8.0 V520 unlocked on Ebay here in EU. It was very cheap, but seems it was because of unable to update firmware...
I couldn't even find e-mail to contact ATT and live support need login via ATT phone number that I obviously don't have.
I can find all of the updates for V520 https://www.att.com/devicehowto/tutorial.html#!/stepbystep/id/stepbystep_KM1144085?make=LG&model=LGV520 But there is no download link for either of those. OTA is not working from what I read since I'm not located in the US.
Could somebody here with V520 upload ROM to Mega or some cloud pls? I found on Baidu one of the update, but can't download.
If this is moderated by ATT please can you give me download access to the files, when I'm not able to use OTA updates? Or can I flash V521 updates, since there is also Android 7.1 available, don't know what are the differences.
