Kyocera
When battery gets under 18% the screen on my Kyocera duraforce pro blinks on and off on the lock screen uncontrollably while vibrating until plugged into charger. Then you have to manually enter your passcode because it says fingerprint scanner failed to many times.

Thanks for your post. We can certainly help with your Kyocera DuraForce Pro settings.
When your power nears 15% charge your device enters a power savings mode. In this power savings mode you start loosing some functionality like Fingerprint Recognition.
Do you see the Vibrate Mode icon located in your notification bar at the very top of your device? From your description of the issue check your Device Settings, swipe down from the Notification bar > select Settings icon to change your alerts, and the way they are delivered.
