KaiOS sign-in problem

I can no longer sign in to my KaiOS account on my (relatively) new Cingular Flip IV. When I try both "Sign In With Phone" or "Sign In With Email," I get "Server unavailable. Please try again later." Prior to the last software update, I was able to sign in just fine. I can, however, still sign in to my KaiOS account on my desktop using my KaiOS account name and password. How can I resolve this?

Hi FlipPhoneGloria! Let's address the error message you are receiving when trying to access your KaiOS account!

 

We recommend managing your KaiOS account by navigating to Settings>Account>KaiOS account on your device. Also, if you haven't already please power cycle your device and reset your network settings to reset your device. Lastly, check out our troubleshoot & resolve tool to help fix your account concern. You'll need to navigate to Fix my wireless>Sign in to start.
