Just received my unlock code... Unlock code 0.

My request was approved.  But the unlock code I just received for my Amazon Fire phone is only one number, zero (0).  What do I do? 

There also were no directions in the email (eventhough it said there were directions) but I got that information on line.  Still I only have a zero as the unlock code so what do I do now?

Having your unlock request come back as approved is awesome, and I am very sorry it did not include the code for the device.  I would like to take a look at this, and get it all squared away.

 

We have recently experienced some congestion with our Unlock Portal, which caused some delayed requests and incorrect results.  We have been working as fast as possible to get this taken care of, and make sure all the requests are properly handled.
