Exactly a week ago, we bought at the at & t online store 4 iphones 11 to make the monthly payment for the iphones together with the monthly service bill. I currently have the Cricket service and am trying to switch to At & t, as suggested at the time of purchase, in order to continue with the same phone numbers. To summarize: The initial amount was deducted from my account to participate in the purchase and the plan, I already called and contacted the chat several times, I already went to a physical store (in total, I talked to 23 people from different departments) , they say everything is fine with the order and are just waiting for the tracking number. That said, I refuse to cancel the purchase, because if I did, I want to get it. So I ask: What is At & t's problem with just sending my order? Why does none of the attendants solve the shipping problem? Why do you make something available on the website that you don't support? Indignation is the word. I have been in contact with At & t for exactly one week, every day, sometimes I speak with 5 different people and NOBODY, can any attendant resolve?
