Issue accessing cellular network

Cannot make calls, send texts, or access the network from my cellular device. Same issue for my wife(I have a note 10+ and she has an iPhone), both are up to date and I have attempt to rest the network.  I have also shut my phone down and powered it back on, nothing seems to fix this issues which lead me to believe it's a cellular outage of some sort, but not seeing it indicated on the internet anywhere via wifi access.

These are hard to troubleshoot. Do you have any friends/family who are also on AT&T and their phones are working that you can visit to see if your phones pick up the signal? If theirs are working in the same location where yours aren't, perhaps it's something on your account and you'll need to reach out to AT&T to have them check that.

If you are able to use Wi-Fi calling, but not cellular, it is most likely and outage.
