Is this just a simple error or something more sinister
someone’s sim cards were mailed to my home address. I’m not an AT&T customer
I received 3 sim cards to my address with another name on the package.
Is this just a simple error or something more sinister? How do I find out?

I guess you aren’t aware of scams using someone’s identity, funds, and addresses - - they pick up “their" packages from your mailbox or from your porch. I contacted ATT to verify that my identity and/or credit was not used for this transaction. Thanks for your helpfulness

Hi ABBY002!
If you're receiving mail with someone's name on it, we recommend not opening the mail. Learn more about guarding yourself against identity theft which highlights how to report suspected identity theft to the three major credit bureaus. We also recommend reaching out to our Fraud department for any additional questions you may have regarding any suspicious activities at 877.844.5584.
We appreciate you reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums!
