iPhone 13 pro max reported stolen but not and got blacklisted

I bought the phone through att store and I pay monthly. 6/28/22 my phone stopped working and said it was suspended. I called att and all they do is tell me that my phone is on blacklist and keep redirecting me to other tech supports and they will tell me the same thing.. I’ve talked to 6 people  and in one phone call and still not resolved my issue.. all they say is I reported my phone stolen but I never did. I’m loosing all kinds of money from work missing phone calls. And to top all that I’m still paying for the monthly. What can I do to get my phone off black list?
