Invoice Questions

What is the AT&T Next-Up(SM)-phone upgrade feature ($5.00) of this number's monthly charges? Do we have to pay for this?

Also, The speed of the phone is too slow and doesn't work well when using 5G. It works fine on WiFi. So, How can I use this properly?

This is a public forum, please remove your personal information. The $5 Next Up program is optional. You need to cancel it which you can do online or by calling but once it’s billed, you need to pay it. You would need to call to get the charge credited or removed.
