Information symbol flashing

Worked fine all morning, nothing changed except the flashing information light is flashing now and no service.   No signal light is on. Have reset. Unplugged. Removed SIM card and put back in. Cannot check for help because I have no internet. 

any help appreciated.

Please let us know if you're receiving "Red blinking or Red steady" lights for the signal. This will determine whether this is an SIM error or service error.

 

To perform further troubleshooting on your device you'll need to login and go to your device settings. This will allow you to modify and make any needed changes to adjust to the network.
