IFWA-40 ethernet port stopped working

My IFWA-40 has worked great for several weeks. both wifi bands work good.

I need the ethernet for work telecon purposes. wifi good, but not as solid as ethernet.

today, ethernet just stopped working.

I toggled it off, then on again, in the router settings.

I did hard reset on the router. no joy.

the RJ45 cord is fine. I have blinking lights on both ethernet jacks (back of the router, and my PC)

suggestions?

Please visit the manual for this device for specific instructions on how to tackle this issue. On Page 35, the troubleshooting will be for those using ethernet. See if any of the options listed there help.

I have the same issue. My laptop says "Unidentified Network" with the ethernet cable plugged in. WiFi side works fine. I visited the manual. No help there.
