I work for at&t

I can’t get in touch with no manager I am a sales rep.  A customer was approved for accessory installments and they wanted warranty or insurance so the only thing I seen for that is a tab that said warranty accessory.  When I put that on each accessory it 0 out the price I thought as employees we can’t change prices without a manager access
