I forgot my password on my kyocera DURA-XE(E4710)

Turning it on while the volume is pressed does nothing. it turns on as normal. on the verizon version (dura xv) that does work but not the at&t version (dura xe)

I'm surprised that at&t has no documentation regarding what to do in such a case.

So basically there is no way for the user to reset it?

This means that if someone loses his password it will cost him $29 + shipping to kyocera?

That is quite a headache for losing one's password. in the simmilar (almost the same) version by verizon (dura xv) the phone CAN be reset by the user by clicking PWR + VOL DOWN.

does it mean if forget your phone password of e4710 you'll no longer use it unless you buy another one, in short there is no hard reset for this model. sincerely this is not fair.
