I can't unlock my device. i got message This device is no longer actively supported

I tried to unlock my device, Red hydrogen one.

i submit unlock request in at&t website, but i received 'denied'

I god 2 email.

1 is The manufacturer doesn't have an unlock code for this device. by

AT&T Order Status <[email scrubbed]>

2 is We cannot complete your request for one of the following reasons:

This device is no longer actively supported

There is no unlock code available for this device

by OKCQSUBUN@att.com

So i tell it to Red hydrogen, they said they don't have the right to unlock it. told At&t to unlock

how can i do that??

the phones not supported anymore so no unlock case available. This is from the manufacturer if they don’t support it then they won’t have an unlock code. Nothing to do with At&t

it can't be unlocked period. That phone was a waste of 1300 dollars and a flop on top of that. Red killed the phone off in October 2019.

Same thing happened with the Amazon Fire phone.

You can try an FCC compaint, or pay to have a code, but its likely just busy work and will get you the same result.

So its able to work on AT&T or its MVNOs only.
