I believe I was issued a faulty phone in August 2019

I belive i was issued a faulty phone in august 2019. I am still on a cintract with you, however the phone sporadically freezes and then turns off and doesnt turn back on again unless i reboot it. It is an iphone 10, less than a year old. I cant ring customer services because I am currently in the UK due to coronavirus, but i would like some help with this issue.

Your phone is not an AT&T product, it is an Apple product.

The warranty on your phone is honored by Apple. You have to contact them directly for warranty replacement or repair.

Since AT&T doesn't "issue" home phones I'm assuming this is a cell phone. Moving to the wireless forum.
