How to view voice and text usage details

Thank you for posting your question on the AT&T Community Forum; I’d be happy to assist you! In order to view phone call and text message logs you will need a myAT&T online account.

To view your data usage:

1. Go to Usage since last bill. If prompted, log in.
• You will see an overview of your recent usage.
• If you have multiple accounts, make sure that your wireless plan is selected next to the Billing & Usage header.
2. To view usage details by device, select the view usage details link located under the member name.
3. Text/Data usage details will display.
4. Voice usage details will display using the same steps

this does not work last month and all prior months i could see this information.  but as of about a week ago its gone i noticed i can pay 1.99 for detailed usage on a individual number on my line.  why should i have to pay now the usage tab dosent even show up anymore.  i asked a good friend of mine to log on her account and you can still see hers.  why is that>?
