How Do You Transfer Gallery Photos To The Phone Storage For PC Access For An AT&T Cingular Flip 4
I'm able to access my [AT&T Cingular Flip 4] phone's [internal storage] & the [photos] folder, however this folder is empty. All of my photos can be seen from the phone's [Gallery]. How does one transfer [photos] from the phone's [Gallery] to the phone's [Storage] folder, such that the photos can be accessed by your laptop or PC ?

Hi JimmyJJames. Let's help you to transfer gallery photos to the device storage of your AT&T Cingular Flip 4.
You can get the best results by updating the storage location as detailed under Set storage location at Access, Store Photos & Videos.
Try this and let us know how it goes.
Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums.

Yeah, my phone didn't come w/ an SD card, so I have to get one, before I can proceed.

We want to know how it goes, JimmyJJames. Thanks for reaching back out to us.
Also, you can try managing files with the File Manager app, which is available from the Internal memory or the SD Card.
From here, you should be able to to transfer your AT&T Cingular Flip 4's gallery to the device's Internal storage.
We hope this info helps. Keep us updated.

Ok,... I get it now, it was "obviously" not completely obvious or intuitive, unless you've been there before,...
File Manager (App)
___ Internal
___ photos
___ DCIM - digital camera image management (or internal memory)
___ 100KAIOS - Android iOS
___ phone's digital photos are automatically stored here,...
Once I figured this out, as per the [DCF Camera File System] Specifications, I was able to transfer the photo JPG files from the [100KAIOS] folder onto the [photos] folder, & then my laptop could access these JPG files. Actually, once the laptop/PC can view the "At&t Cingular Flip 4" [Internal] file system, all of the folders there, including [photos] & [DCIM][100KAIOS] can be accessed, & thus transferring the photos onto the [photos] folder, was not necessary to access these files. The [photos] folder might be where you'd like to store your photos, those you'd like to keep, & the [100KAIOS] is just where the phone photos get automatically stored from the [Digital Camera]. What a trip for someone w/o a technical acumen,...
Thank you for the "hint".
