How do you get AT&T to send you a phone that works?
I'm on my 5th defective phone, waiting on my 6th and AT&T doesn't seem to care that I've been unable to work for the past three weeks because of their "new" warranty phones that they keep sending me to replace the previous defective phone. How do you get them to honor their commitment to providing a phone that works. I've been charged every month for "warranty replacement", but they seems to think two phones with battery issues, a phone without a microphone, and two phones with defective touch screens are acceptable. And they have sent me around and around, from one place to another, and have gotten nowhere.
Now they want to charge me for a new phone and make me agree to a 24 month contract. I'm not at all happy about that, as why would I agree to a 24 month contract with a company that can't provide me with a phone that works.
Please help me. I've cried every day trying to deal with this.

assurion is the insure placement company it’s not At&t. At&t only passed on the premium for replacement. Assurion is the company for all carriers

at&t only warrantees an insurance replacement after Asurions warranty expires, OR if you bought a refurbished phone, it had a 90 day warranty.
So, was the original replacement a crappy Asurion phone? or a refurb to start with?
If your job requires that you use your phone all the time, it’s kind of up to you to make sure that you have a usable phone at all times, that includes having a back up phone in case your main phone gets dropped or craps out. (It’s why I always have a spare). You should have top of the line insurance and know how to make a claim. And probably have Applecare + warranty for 2 yaers, and replace your phone when its out of waranty.
I am not confident you have or know any of this.
FYI if you are required to use your phone for your employment it’s a tax deduction for at least a percentage of what you pay for service.
