How Do To Forward Cell Number to Another Number when Cell Phone is Broken or No Power
How can I forward my cell phone if its dead or does not have power to an alternative number? For example, with Verizon I can go online in the web portal to forward the cell phone number to another number.
Note: This is critical when working in emergency management roles, situations where power is unavailable for extended time periods, etc.

Unfortunately, ATT does not offer an online capability to forward, you must set up call forwarding from your line. Maybe customer support can do it but I just saw a response from ATTHelp the other day that said no so I honestly don’t know if customer support can do it or not.

Another question, is if you call customer support when in the event that y our cell phone has no power, can a rep forward for you?

So I called ATT customer support, waited on hold in excess of 30 minutes, explained that although I am a Verizon customer that I wanted to understand ATTs capabilities. They seriously transferred me to Verizon customer service. Ugh!
