how do I go about changing my ATT bundle billing and droping some services?
I currently have a bundle billing and want to drop land line and ipad services. I was appraised that this will minimally alter the monthly charges from my current ATT bill. I am concerned that this may interrup services since I have had terrible problems in the past with ATT services customer supposrt.

The only way to cancel any line is to call. Unfortunately, that will probably take multiple calls as your landline is a different account than the iPad, even if on the same bill. Not sure why you are concerned about disrupting service, only the lines cancelled should be effected.

I had horrendous problems with ATT when I received my phone service was installed in my new home. Apparently I was given a number that a previous customer had been assigned and failed to pay the bill. I was charged and continued to be, even though I made multiple calls and spent literally hours on the phone. They actually cut off my service that was tied to my security. It was a nightmare. One misstep and it is hours to correct!
