Horrible service

We have had our phones with att for over 15 years and suddenly within the past two months the service is horrible.  We have to get into our car and drive to actually use our phone.  Our neighbors have att and are also experiencing same horrible issue.  

we have not been able to get a hold of a love person to discuss this!!!!!!

Not sure what you mean by "a love person."  One possibility is that you were being serviced by HSPA/HSPA+ equipment (what AT&T called 3G and 4G respectively) and that AT&T has replaced much of it with 5G equipment.

Another is that AT&T decided there were too few users in your area and when the existing 3G/4G hardware broke, they didn't replace it.  Or they may just not know its broken (they should, they have diagnostics).  

Wi-Fi calling may be a good alternative for you.


Calling *611 hasn't gotten you anywhere, or will it just not get you a "love person?"
