Harmon Spark Registration

We are here to help you with your Harmon Spark registration, @babiecakes4409.

Before setting up your device, make sure you have completed the online activation process by:

1. Going to Device Support.
2. Choose your device.
3. Scroll to Getting started and select Hardware & phone details.
4. Choose Insert or remove SIM card and follow the steps.

To complete activation of an eSIM for AT&T Wireless, make sure it’s on an active plan, then download it over Wi-Fi.

1. Turn your device on.
2. Follow the prompts on your device.

Your vehicle must have an OBD II port to use this device. Most vehicles after 1996 have a OBD II port. You can check your vehicle's compatiablity by entering the make, model, and year of your vehicle.

Once you confirmed that your vehicle is compatiable you will want to follow these steps to register a device:

1. Download the Harman Spark app.
2. Create an account in the Harman Spark app > Swipe left > click Get Started. > select Sign Up and follow the prompts.
3. Validate your account in your email you signed up with.
4. After validating your account, go back to the Harman Spark app and enter your Username and Password > select Sign In. 
5. Register your device by scanning the QR Code located on the box or bottom of your Harman Spark Device. 
6. With your vehicle off, plus your Harman Spark device into the vehicle's OBD ll port > start your vehicle but remain parked. 
7. Once your Harman Spark is plugged in and your vehile is turned on, select Next on your cellular device then select Done.
