Harman Spark says activation pending

I've put the Harman Spark device in my vehicle downloaded the app on my phone and it says Activation pending.   My phone sees the spark, but can't connect.  Do I need to do something else.

I called this number only to be told they are not taking calls due to Covid 19 and then they provide a website to go to for support which will not load. I am beginning to think I wasted my money.

my bill says it's ready to be paid in two weeks, but my wifi hasnt even been activated for one day - i'm supposed to have wifi for at least a month before I pay

Dear Spark support,

I downloaded the app and put my IMEI number in and everything, and my ATT account profile says I’m due for this payment on this hotspot service in two weeks when I haven’t been able to use it A DAY this month. My iPhone doesn’t have service (I use it like an Itouch) but I need the harman to drive around and do uber eats because my cheaper phone with cell service doesn’t have enough space for the uber eats app. So, how can you help me so I can deliver food sooner WITH WIFI IN MY CAR?

I feel like this is an ATT activation issue, but I’ve called so many ATT numbers and tried searching for a general “activate” button for this hotspot specifically on my profile on ATT website and there is NOTHING. ITS RIDICULOUS.  Do I not need to put the IMEI number on an ATT website?

Also, when I get closer to something that looks like a way to do exactly that, the ATT website posts a blank page saying, “sorry our site is down! error!”.

Mine says the same thing "activation pending" after going through 3 operators I finally got connected to the "Connected Car" Agent who told me to turn the car off, then unplug the device, wait a minute, plug it back in, start the car and go for another 10-20 minute drive. Did that and STILL the same thing flashing Red, Flashing Blue, and solid Blue from left to right with the app still saying activation pending...any suggestions???????
