Getting "You call can not be completed at this time" intermitantly when caling our toll free number
I continue to get the error message "Your call can not be completed at this time" When I call our RingCentral Toll Free number. I thought it was related to the WiFi calling, but that was just a fluke.
Today I am having issues calling our toll free from AT&T Cell network. I called the number from my Ring Central Softphone and had no errors.
I just dialed our toll free number 12 times, I got our IVR 3 times and "Your call can not be completed at this time" 9 times.
Another colleague with AT&T has the same issue. Another colleague with Sprint does NOT have an issue calling.
When I call from my Softphone on my PC and from my Ringcentral mobile app I have no issues.
So, from all we can tell, the issue is from AT&T to our toll free . I called our main local number 10 times from my cell phone and had no failures so it is not the local cell service, seems like something routing from AT&T to our toll free
How can we debug why this is happening? Any suggestions?
