Hello JACKSON4113_8,  we want to help you resolve your flip phone skipping letters when texting messages.

First, try to reset your device to refresh your connection to the network.

Press and hold the Power/Hang Up button. Press the down button until Restart is highlighted, then press the OK key to select.

Note: If you are unable to access the screen to 'Restart' the device or if it becomes unresponsive, press and hold the Power/Hang Up button for 10 seconds, until the device restarts.

Also, make sure that your phone is updated with the most recent software updates to ensure you have the latest features and device protection options. 

If the skipping of letters persists, we recommend that you reach out to the manufacturer of your device for possible solutions.

OMG, this phone is a nightmare when it comes to texting. I have the same issue @JACKSON4113_8.
