Familymap and Lumia not working
I have used the Lumia 635 for about 3 months with the Familymap and it was working very well. Two weeks ago the App suddenly would not load and shows "Error Service not available" . I tried to go to the family map on the phone using the Internet Explorer, but any familymap sites will not load on the phone and show "We are having trouble displaying the page". If I log into family map on any desktop computer through the internet Familymap works fine. My wife's cell phone which is Android still has the same Familymap account and it works fine.
I have called ATT support and for the past 2 weeks they have not been able to figure it out. I have done a hard reset of the Lumia which resets everything to factory conditions, reloaded the Familymap App several times, but it still will not load. I thought it was a bad cell phone until we purchased 2 new Lumia 635's for our kids for Christmas. Both of these new phones have the same problem when trying to use Familymap from either the App or from Internet using the cell phones. At the ATT store they even tried having the previous account disabled and then started a new Familymap account, but I still have the same problem.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on how to get it working for the Lumia 635?

I have a 1520 that I just swapped out under waranty. It worked before on the older phone, but I get the Error "Service not available" message every time I now try to log into the windows 8 phone app. the web version works from the phone - so it is most definetly an app problem.

Same issue with my Nokia 1520. I'm betting they made a change and haven't updated the Windows Phone version of the app yet.

AT&T must have done something to fix the problem as it suddenly will work when I tried it today on all of the Lumia's. Although, a separate problem suddenly started. One of our 3 Lumia's cannot be tracked. I checked all the settings on the phone and it looks correct. Not sure if its related to the fix or not, but something happened in the last 4 days where one phone cannot be located either by the familymap App or from the internet on my PC. The other phones can be located though.
