Extreme Anger Issues

On Friday, February 17, 2023 I had just visited my doctor for extremely high blood pressure. Since we were so close to the AT&T store at 1002 N. Collins in Arlington we drove to see Jason Ratliff who had a few days earlier assisted us.   As we walked in at about 2:15pm store manager BOB wanted to kick me and my wife out of the store for asking for Jason Ratliff.  I told him I just wanted to speak with Jason Ratliff (store consultant) who had previously helped me. MR. BOB was very angry that I wanted to speak with Jason and told us to get out of the store or he was calling the police.  I stated, "(Edited per community guidelines) what have I done?", and he said, "HE is not going to do a (Edited per community guidelines) thing for you."  I walked to Jason who was speaking to an African-American lady and thanked him, and that I would return some other day, but he said just to wait a few minutes and to have a sit.

I apologized to the lady for the brief interruption, and she stated, "It's OK don't worry about it".  As I proceeded to take a sit at the back of the store BOB followed me and continued in a loud voice telling us to leave the store.  I could sense an extreme angrily behavior to the point where he kept taunting us to do something irrational.  BOB was so angry and annoyed when I kept addressing him by his name “BOB" that he lashed out and called me "JACK".

He stood there in front of us while continuing to verbally abuse us even though I was sitting and holding my hands up in the air and asking him to please stop this aggressive confrontation towards us.  There was several employees and customers who witnessed this aggressive behavior.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STORE CAMERAS VIDEO SPEAKS FOR ITSELF AS TO WHAT TRANSPIRED THAT AFTERNOON.  I just do not understand why he didn't want Jason to assist us. This individual has extreme anger issues, and is capable in crossing the violence line and should not be in the position of management.  If he did this to us, I just wonder how many other customers he's done this to and has not been reported.

I decided that visiting this AT&T store is very toxic for someone who has had a heart attack and suffers from extreme high blood.  Therefore, I have closed my internet and mobile account with AT&T.

Thank you AT&T in serving our needs throughout these years.  There are many, many excellent employees, but some of these rotten apples have to weeded out before someone gets hurt and the (Edited per community guidelines) start rolling in.
