Exchange (Lost receipt)

So I recently bought an iPad Pro 11 and wanted to exchange it for the 12.9 in version, but I’ve lost my receipt. Would I be able to go to any AT&T store and switch out the devices? It’s been under 14 days.

they would of emailed you a receipt to as long as you have an email address listed in your account.
