Employee Commendation
I was recently in one of the mobile stores (Embassy Row and 281 in San Antonio Texas with my Mom and Aunt to get some billing issues resolved as well as some other items and we were lucky enough to be helped by John W.
( Edited as per community guidelines). He was so patient and helpful. I know sometimes we all too quick to let employers know when they have a bad experience but I wanted to be sure and let someone know about my positive experience. I will, without hesitation, ask for him specifically in the future, if available. He is a great asset to AT&T and as a AT&T Retiree, it makes me feel good to know there are still employees that take customer satisfaction seriously. I have had some bad experiences at a few of the stores so... Just want to make sure John gets the kudos he deserves. Thank you John!!
