Welcome to the Community Forums! I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your email. I would be happy to assist you with this today.
First step is to power off the device. If you could do this by holding the Power and Volume down button until the device vibrates, I would appreciate it. This is called a soft reset; it will not clear out any personal information and gives the phone a nice refresh.
If the issue persists, we have a wonderful Troubleshoot &Resolve tool. Make sure your phone’s correct make and model is set, and then for the issue choose Email. Please run through all the troubleshooting steps until the end.
