Do not have service due to network locked sims card.

Im so disappointed, I’ve been a customer for quite some time and this week when I needed you guys the most no one was able to help solve my issue. You guys had me on the phone for three hours for two consecutive days,

I was laughed at by your reps just to be transferred to a department and hung up at. I’ve been without a phone for the past three days and I work from home now and I need my phone. This is beyond ridiculous. I had asked the rep to let me speak to a manager and I was denied, the manager said to leave my number and he would call me back.

This is a customer forum. Not a way to reach AT&T customer service. It looks like your actually equipment is working since you were using it to call CS. Do you mean your service is not working?

-------------------INCLUDED IN EACH POST FOR CLARIFICATION______

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.
