DK IMSERVER CELLULAR SUBSCRIPTION

I HAVE DOOR KING FOR MY BUSINESS GATE ENTRY. THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT LET ME SEND NEW GATE CODE INFO TO THE SYSTEM IT SAYS IT COULD BE BECAUSE I NEED A ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE CELLULAR, VOIP OR POTS. SO WHAT IM TRYING TO DO IS SEE IF THERE IS AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION SOMEWHERE AND IF NOT I NEED TO PURCHASE ONE. WHERE DO I FIND THIS INFO AT? THANK YOU
