Device Unlock

I put in a device unlock request online on 10/10/2018...5 days ago. When I check the status of my unlock request it still reads in progress. I called att customer service and they said it was ok'd for unlock and yet I have not received an unlock code for my phone...that I own. I wish this company would stop holding my phone hostage. Oh and hire better people in your stores. People who don't ignore people when they come in the store. People who act like they want to help. So frustrated.

I checked all my folders no communicado. Still have not received an unlock code.
