Device Access Code Not Working (NVG589)

I'm trying to set up port forwarding on my device. I tried to get in to NAT/Gaming it asked me for my Device Access Code. It showed me a picture of where it was, and when I entered the code it says it was incorrect. (It may be because I put in the wrong code? I have no clue)

Be sure that you've entered the access code correctly. If you're sure you have, could it have been changed? If it was changed and can't be remembered, you can reset the gateway to restore it; this will also reset any changed SSIDs and passwords to the values shown on the label. To reset, press and hold the red Reset button on the back of the gateway for 15 seconds.
