Damaged device hasn't been found in Warehouse and I have proofs that it was returned to Flower Mound, Tx return center
Damaged device was sent back to assurion on April was delivered to Flower Mound Texas on May 07,2021. Now Assurion is saying that the device wasn't received. I have 2 weeks calling At&T and Assurion they have open almost 5 cases and nothing has been resolved. August 24, 2021 they were going to give me credit between 3-5 business days because they had found the device it in the warehouse but it wasn't fully scanned. Sept 1, 2021 called again to Assurion now there stating that there is no device in the warehouse.
