Damaged device hasn't been found in Warehouse and I have proofs that it was returned to Flower Mound, Tx return center

Damaged device was sent back to assurion on April was delivered to Flower Mound Texas on May 07,2021. Now Assurion is saying that the device wasn't received. I have 2 weeks calling At&T and  Assurion they have open almost 5 cases and nothing has been resolved. August 24, 2021 they were going to give me credit between 3-5 business days because they had found the device it in the warehouse but it wasn't fully scanned.  Sept 1, 2021 called again to Assurion now there stating that there is no device in the warehouse.

your beef is with asurion not at&t, at&t has no control over asurion business dealings

I have spoke with an Asurion Representative last week and he stated tahta the device was in the warehouse but wasn't fully scanned, today I called again and they told me they don't have anything on warehouse.  They are only bouncing the ball. I don't know what to do know. This is getting frustrating.

It took 4 months for them to find it. I called Assurion and AT&T. Super frustrating.  I would keep notes of who I speaking to and called every 3rd day. Why was I suppose to pay for a device that was returned and received.  Watch out with the tracking # because after several months its shows that it no longer exists.
