Hi @timshane, we want to help you unlock your SIM card.

Since your device is asking for a SIM unlock number, then you'll need PIN Unlock Key (PUK) code, which is different from a device unlock. You can get your PUK online, by following these steps:

  1. Go to your account overview and open the My wireless section.
  2. Go to My devices & add-ons, and select the device that needs a PUK code.
  3. Select Manage my device.
  4. Under the See device options section, select Get your PIN unlock key (PUK).

You'll have 10 tries to enter the PUK code to unlock your SIM card. After 3 tries, your phone will display the Enter PUK message, and after 10 tries it will display either PUK2 or PUK blocked call operator, meaning your SIM card has been blocked and must be replaced.

Let us know if you have any other questions regarding your SIM card.
