Can't pick up order due to expired ID during a pandemic
Placed an order for pick up yesterday, drive 40 minutes to the AT&T Store, I have two government issued ID's with my picture but they're expired, I also had my bank card with my name that I paid the order with, they won't allow me to pick it up even after I pleaded that I can't get an updated ID due to the pandemic and DMV's being shut down. Went home and spoke to 5 different people, and still no help. Couldn't AT&T cut some slack due to the world being in a pandemic and you can't do much about anything due to everything being shut down. Please, I just want to be able to get my phone.
