Cannot reinstate device

I recently stopped receiving service to my phone, unexpectedly. I looked at my account online, and apparently the device has been declared "Suspended (Stolen)". I still have the device, have never reported it stolen, and am unable to reinstate service from https://www.att.com/my/#/suspendrestore. My account is/was paid in full (automated payments). But there is no option to renew / reinstate on the aforementioned page. In fact, there are no options at all, just information about my supposedly stolen device. Can someone please help me get my service back?
