Cancelled Order but pending status
On 02/07/2020 i made an order for an apple watch. But it randomly got cancelled for no good reason and so i contacted AT&T and threp told me it was 100% cancelled but because i needed to be verified. So she took my information, verified me and told me I shouldn’t have any problems. She also told me the watch i ordered was on back order but if i got the other color then it would ship the next week. So i tried to reorder online and i went ahead and upgraded two of my devices and everything processed smoothly but then I received an email two hours later saying it was all cancelled. I was so upset. So i went to my closest AT&T store and the rep said that both watches were cancelled but BOTH are in a pending status. She also mentioned that one was connected to a phone number and the other wasn’t. She suggested i wait a week and come back. I did. Now we’re going on the second week and nothing has changed. HELP PLEASE!!!
