CANCELED SERVICE FOR FRAUD 2ND DAY W/ ATT???

I literally just got my service with ATT three days ago. Service was great, we were happy. Then this morning I woke up to the message SOS only. After a lot of trouble shooting,  I come to find out my service is canceled for fraud. I’m not even sure what that means? I got no help from the chat and no one knew how to help me. I was given a number to call. And With what phones? I paid for the initial charges and now have no phones, down that money, and lost out on a full days work because of this. I used my neighbors phone, which was embarrassing, inconvenient for all of us. Once on the phone with att fraud, the att people shuffled me around so much until the office closed and then I got nothing again. I never had att, and switched because in this recent year T-Mobile was going down hill. Now, I’m fully regretting this move and need to know from someone, ANYONE what to do now? This is the most unprofessional and scam like experience I’ve had with a big corporate company. I’m the one who should cancel for fraud. Can someone please help me.

Usually it's an identification problem and the best way to solve it is to go to an AT&T store with ID.

It is puzzling why your order went through at all, usually if they cannot verify identification service is declined.

Make sure you bring any other appropriate documents to verify everything cross references correctly. In this day of online billing we sometimes don't remember to change addresses to match

NO ONE has fixed our problem. Our service got turned on and off a million times. I am getting the run around and no one is helping me at all. Everyone tells us the issue is fixed and not to worry but we have NO PHONES still. I am loosing money daily because of this and the nearest store is about an hour&n(Edited per community guidelines)p; away from me. I am a mother and business owner and do not have time to deal with such unprofessional harassment. I have waster HOURS on this and I still have no phones for my family and I. My husband had an injury in his job and I had no idea, or any way to know if he went to what hospital or what. I have my son with me and if I broke down or anything i have no way to get in touch with anyone. This is a(Edited per community guidelines)olutely (Edited per community guidelines). i called and talked to fraud, answered a million questions, and they agent told me there is a(Edited per community guidelines)olutely no reason this should have happened. phone turned on and an hour later off and have not had them since. The funniest part of it all is agents tell me to call this person and that, all while i have NO PHONES!!!!!!! I am going to seek legal action soon for all the hassle, fraud, and money lost for this experience. I should have stayed with T-Mobile.They were realllllly supervisor to this, dropped calls and all. Someone please do the right thing and fix this.

ATT is out of control:

We've had no eMail for over a month and no-one has a fix.

all you get is Uh-Oh try later.

no authentication codes sent to mobile

Did you got the solution for this problem. Mine also cancelled due to fraud.The phones which you have taken are they working after the full payment?
