cancel I-pad

My I-Pad is out of date, it can no longer be supported according to the advice I received from ATT.  I now need to cancel this device.  I've stayed on the phone so long.  Please help.

Let us help you to cancel that iPad plan, @crseyes!

 

We recommend that you follow these steps at Manage an iPad data plan.

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular Data > View Account.
  2. Sign in to myAT&T for monthly postpaid plans. For prepaid DataConnect Pass plan, sign in using the email and password you used during set up.
  3. Follow the prompts to add (renew)change, or cancel plan. If canceling auto renew: 
    • Selecting Cancel Auto Renew will deactivate auto renew and the account is canceled after 60-days of inactivity.
    • Selecting Cancel Plan/Account Now will immediately cancel the account and any remaining data will be lost.
