Can I have two numbers

Would I be allowed to keep my current number with a different provider account not in my name. The second number, account would be in my name will I be able to keep both lines

If you pay for the service, yeah.
Somehow I think there's more to your question which you are unable to put into words.

In order to have two phone numbers, you have to pay for two lines of service. As you described you would be paying two different service providers for service on 2 sim cards, which may mean 2 phones in order to use 2 sim cards.

When you iron out exactly it is what you want to do and put it into words , you might get an answer that makes more sense for your situation.
